Caution - Deviled Eggs are Habit Forming!

Deviled Eggs are a treat most people cannot resist. While some people are allergic to eggs, those who are not get a taste that is hard to beat for something as simple as an egg.

Great for small gatherings, these are a tasty addition as an appetizer.


Ingredients
  • 6 Large Eggs
  • 2 Tsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Tsp Mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Paprika


Hard boil eggs in boiling water.

Take from stove and set aside to cool.

Peel shells from eggs taking care not to break the whites.

Cut eggs in half and arrange on platter.

Take yolk out of the egg and put into small bowl.

With a fork, mash the egg yolks and add salt, pepper, mustard and mayonnaise.

Blend well until msiture is smooth in texture.

Fill the hollowed out egg whites with the yolk misture and sprinkle a small amount of paprika over the tops.

Chill and serve.

Tips

Great for small parties.

Flavor is enhanced when served at room temperature.
